By making a purchase on all-floral.com, Customer understands that substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion; (ii) All Occasion Floral LLC uses the terms All Occasion Floral LLC interchangeably, and Customer authorizes necessary substitution of All Occasion Floral LLC.

Furthermore, by making a purchase at AnyFlowersLV.com you agree that: (i) all factual assertions you have made in the purchase and/or registration process will be true and correct; and (ii) you will not register an account on behalf of any third party or use a third party’s account on their behalf. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your personal accounts, and you must keep your account password(s) confidential.

Currency and Sales Taxes

All purchase items are in United States Dollar currency. We only accept payments in US Dollars. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency. All purchases are subject to Nevada sales taxes.

Cancellation

A written request for cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the delivery time of orders. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if items have been sent out for delivery. No Refunds. Store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order.
